We provide “free servicing” with all the hearing aids you buy. Quality hearing aids are sophisticated advanced pieces of technology that- when properly cared for will give you years of better hearing. Cleaning and maintenance are handled on-site at no charge. All our hearing aids come with a two to four-year guarantee and with our free aftercare service, we will continue to take care of your hearing aid to get much of it.
You also can take good care of your hearing aids by yourself –
- Turn off your hearing aid before you go to bed.
- If your hearing aid is wet, put it overnight in a “stay dry kit” box to get it dry.
- Keep your hearing aids out of the reach of children.
- If your hearing aid accidentally drops and hits the floor, let your hearing care professional make sure they’re undamaged.
- Keep your hearing aids away from your head.
- Avoid using a hairdryer while wearing your hearing aid.
- Before going to bed keep your battery door open, so that there is less battery consumption.
